Phan Shin is amazing! The inside is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I ordered orange chicken with white rice and it was ready for pick up within just a few minutes!

We ordered from here the first time tonight. We called in a to-go order, and this place is amazing. First off.... I was trying to order something. I didn't know what it was called, and the lady on the phone was wonderful, patient, super nice, and very helpful. Our food was made in record time and was so hot and delicious. The portion sizes are big and the price is cheaper than most places. We usually go to a different place but wanted to try something new for us. But I think we found our new favorite place to eat.
I don’t usually write reviews, but Phan Shin has more than earned one. Over the past four years, I’ve become what you'd probably call a regular. It started with delivery to my dorm during my first two years at Miami, and by junior year, it turned into frequent dine-ins. The food? Consistently incredible. I’ve never had a bad dish. What really sets Phan Shin apart, though, is the unique blend of both authentic and American-style Chinese dishes, something that’s surprisingly rare and hard to get right. But they do. Still, what’s kept me coming back isn’t just the food, it’s the people. Over time, I’ve gotten to know several of the staff, and they are genuinely some of the kindest, warmest people I’ve met in Oxford. The food feeds you, but the service makes you feel at home. Thank you, Phan Shin - for the meals, the memories, and the friendships. I’ll definitely be back as an alum!
I really like Phan Shin. I may not go here incredibly often, but I've never even once been disappointed in my meal. Granted, I'm boring, and I order the same thing every time, but it's still fantastic every single order. Staff is great, food is fresh. This isn't a cheap fast food place - the prices are a bit higher, but they're not TOO high. I don't think I could afford to eat here every single day, but even twice a week? No problem. Highly recommend if you enjoy Asian foods.

Excellent service! Great food. The chef came out to our table to make sure the custom curry order was what I wanted and made a couple of suggestions. Service was the best. Recommend the Thai curry, sweet and sour chicken, drunken noodles - the pot stickers and egg roll also very good. The portions were big and the prices very reasonable - great value.
